Management of localized aggressive periodontitis: A case report

The aim of this case report is to describe the importance early diagnosis and treatment prevent progression localized aggressive periodontitis. A 16 years old systemically healthy female patient with a chief complaint increased mobility spacing in relation mandibular anteriors was successfully treated initial non-surgical periodontal therapy antimicrobial (as an adjunct therapy), followed by surgical intervention. Patient followed-up for 6 months. education maintain adequate oral hygiene good compliance along led successful preservation esthetics function.
